Military Vote Counted! Official Results

Do you ever wonder why the news celebrates the “unofficial preliminary” vote counts? What about the military that are on mission, they need their vote by mail ballots counted. Personally I despise that practice. By Arkansas law, military ballots can arrive up to 10 days AFTER election day. So last Friday March 15th, was the final day to receive and finish counting any ballot cast by military on deployment.

Here are the official results. Thank you to our military for all you do, and thank you for your extra votes! I am greatly honored to be trusted by our soldiers!

As shown, I am now behind by 77 votes, so I am officially conceding and I have called and congratulated my opponent Jeff Dunn; this finishes my 2024 run for Justice of the Peace for District1.

Is this the end? Certainly not, I am happy to report that we seated 2 new Republicans JPs on the Quorum Court so 2025 is looking quite bright for Benton County. And right here in JP District1 – as shown above, we have 226 neighbors that became active primary voters during this critical election.
